Danish fashion icon Han Kjøbenhavn needed a stronger digital foundation for their successful, high-end brand. They wanted to offer a better digital experience through their e-commerce platform and secure an engaging visuel experience across channels.
With their significant physical stores around the world Han Kjøbenhavn offer their customers a unique experience of not just stepping into a store, but entering an extraordinary room. They wanted to convery the exact same feeling to their online visitors, and therefore Han Kjøbenhavn chose Aakjær & Co to be their digital strategic advisor.
Instead of just doing a quick redesign of Han Kjøbenhavn online platform we digged into their behavioural data and accumulated the necessary performance insights from their current solution. We applied an analytic framework that enabled us to recognise and define the most key value-adding initiatives for the Danish fashion brand. In close collaboration with the inspiring people at Han Kjøbenhavn we prioritised the digital initiatives and planned their digital roadmap for 2017 and 2018.
