Aakjær & Co have redefined the solution universe and optimised the connected conversion flows.

The challenge

DIBS needed to create a new digital product universe that can boost conversion rates and improve the quality of leads. The present solution does not offer the simplicity and ease-of-choice that is necessary to convert users into leads and - eventually - happy customers.

The solution

Based on our previous customer journey mapping we build the solution pages from scratch - focusing on clear product USP's, intuitive feature overviews and user friendly flows and help options. In the creative process Aakjær & Co applied specific user insights with a strong and pragmatic UX approach, and going forward we will continue to monitor and optimise the solution.
